Data Center

A data center is a central server control facility. High speed data communication lines are brought into a very robust building equipped with an emergency generator system and a very reliable air-conditioning system so that around-the-clock monitoring is possible in tight security and safety. This type of facility is drawing attention in the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) as contingency plan against a large scale blackout or a major natural disaster.

Tokyo Data Center

JALL has planned and developed a high standard, state-of-the-art data center at a location that has convenient access and is situated on a stable ground structure. By combining our experience and know-how as a real estate developer and the network and resources of a DC specialist, the Data Center was completed within a relatively short period of 2-1/2 years from initial conceptualization to execution phase. JALL is also involved in the operation and management of the facility in collaboration with an experienced business partner.
